Welcome
I wish you a warm welcome to the website for the London Province of "The United Religious, Military and Masonic Orders of the Temple and of St. John of Jerusalem, Palestine, Rhodes and Malta in England and Wales and Provinces Overseas", or as it is more simply known, the Knights Templar. Like Freemasonry, the Order has a number of provinces across the country, the Province of London being one of them. We serve around 900 Knights and I hope this website provides a little more information on our history, setup, charity work and social activities as well as providing a greater understanding and appreciation of our Order. Please feel free to browse and if you have any questions or wish to have more information, we will be delighted to hear from you.
Yours in the Bonds of the Order
Rt. E.Kt. David Thompson
Provincial Prior for The Province of London

The NEW EDITION of Knightly Topics - Issue 41
The new issue of the London Knights Templar magazine - Knightly Topics is now out!
This issue contains articles ranging from a candidate's view of the Malta Ceremony; a taste of history around the Castle of Saint Peter in Bodrum, Turkey; a report from the recent service for the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist at Clerkenwell; and a review of Provincial visits over the past year. There are invitations to a Burn's night, details of the Carol Service, an insight into Pilgrimages past and present and a hummus recipe from Zahra, the HR Manager of the Eye Hospital and roti from our very own Sub-Prior (the Provincial Baker-in-Waiting!)
Following a recent visit to the Eye Hospital by the Provincial Prelate and Provincial Vice-Chancellor, there is also the first of a new series "In conversation with..." which this time has a personal view and reminiscences from Marlene Katanasho, the Charge Nurse at the Muristan Clinic. Take a read through, there is much to explore.
Click here for the latest issue or go to the Knightly Topics section of the website and take the opportunity to browse past issues as well.
Enjoy.
