Welcome to the website for the Knights Templar for the Province of London
With 29 Preceptories, many dating back to the 19th Century, and with over 900 Knights, it is a Province for London masons.
Our ceremonies are based on the rituals, chivalric practices and beliefs of the Templars of old, producing a colourful and contemplative ceremony.

I wish you a warm welcome to the website for the London Province of "The United Religious, Military and Masonic Orders of the Temple and of St. John of Jerusalem, Palestine, Rhodes and Malta in England and Wales and Provinces Overseas", or as it is more simply known, the Knights Templar. Like Freemasonry, the Order has a number of provinces across the country, the Province of London being one of them. We serve around 900 Knights and I hope this website provides a little more information on our history, setup, charity work and social activities as well as providing a greater understanding and appreciation of our Order. Please feel free to browse and if you have any questions or wish to have more information, we will be delighted to hear from you.

Yours in the Bonds of the Order

Rt. E.Kt. David Thompson
